Antonio Bernardini is a lawyer who has extensive experience in commercial and corporate law, following many international projects, with significant intellectual property implications, with prevalent reference to the media, entertainment, technology, communications and space sectors, working in Italy and abroad, also within major group companies.

Chiara Dellacasa is a lawyer who has gained significant experience in matters related to intellectual property, with particular reference to the media and entertainment sector. Law Firm Partner since 2022, she provides assistance to various categories of operators active in the audio-visual sector (film and audio-visual producers, broadcasters, distributors, operators, authors, digital publishers and web agencies) and to some trade associations; she has a transversal knowledge of the audio-visual entertainment sector.

Carlo Gallavotti gained extensive experience focusing his practice on civil law issues, in particular contracts and business transactions, mainly in the media, entertainment and sport sectors. He also provides legal advice about data protection.

Stefano La Porta focuses his professional practice on assisting domestic and international clients active in the media and entertainment and professional sports industries.

Ilaria Lucchetti is a lawyer who mainly deals with assistance and consultancy in the field of intellectual and industrial property, with particular attention to the media and entertainment sector.

Oriana Caggiano focuses her professional practice on assisting domestic and international clients in judicial and extrajudicial matters.

Veronica Vian is a lawyer who graduated from the University of Trento with a thesis entitled ‘Intellectual Property and Fashion Creations’ and participated in the Erasmus+ programme at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid.

Luigi Primicerio has been working with the Firm since 2017 and has particular expertise in the field of sports law.

Alessia Azzinnari is a trainee lawyer with a Master’s Degree in Law at Università degli Studi Roma Tre. She is currently attending a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in ‘Competition and Innovation Law’ at LUISS Guido Carli University, deepening her expertise in intellectual property law, antitrust and competition law, as well as legal issues related to artificial intelligence and big data.
