Ilaria Lucchetti is a lawyer who mainly deals with assistance and consultancy in the field of intellectual and industrial property, with particular attention to the media and entertainment sector.
She provides assistance to the matters operating in the film and television industry in every phase of the realization of audiovisual projects, including the aspects related to obtaining contributions, incentives and benefits referred to the sector legislation at regional, national and international level. In the same scope, she assists creatives in negotiating the transfer of rights to their works with publishers and audiovisual production companies.
Ilaria also carries out hers activity in civil and commercial law, including in litigation.
She graduated at the University of “Roma Tre” and she speaks Italian and English.
Ilaria obtained her license to practice as a lawyer in 2018 in Rome and registered with the Rome Bar Association since January 2019.
